The arrangement-legalization of constructions not covered by a building permit / legality   is an unpleasant but necessary process in order to make the transfer or any form of exploitation of your property possible. The process includes an inspection and recording by the engineer, research into the Department’s of Urban Development archive, calculation of the fines, and drafting technical reports and documents to submit the complete regulation file electronically to the competent authorities.
