The regulations of constructions not covered by a building permit / legality  It is an unpleasant but necessary process in order to make the transfer or any form of exploitation of your property possible. The process includes an inspection by the engineer and recording, research into the urban planning archive, calculation of the resulting fines, and drafting technical reports and documents to submit the complete regulation file electronically to the competent authorities.
