RESTORATION/CONSERVATION OF OLD BUILDINGS

The restoration of buildings constructed with the simplest building materials and traditional methods, using a combination of modern and older construction techniques and preserving the special character of these properties is a special challenge.

Our office has specialized both in the preparation of the required studies and the ensuring of the necessary approvals of the competent Ministry of Culture, as well as in the implementation of demanding conservation and restoration projects of stone buildings of traditional architecture, in the historical settlement of Afytos Kassandra, the Upper City of Thessaloniki and elsewhere.
